We are pleased to introduce Anne Pulliam Interiors to the Dowel community. Anne launched her boutique, Washington, D.C.-based firm in 2020.
Here we highlight a living room overlooking a lush garden and pool, framed by striking mahogany windows. Anne designed the room for a young family looking to create a casually elegant space that was still completely kid proof. Anne chose our Loma Coffee table to tie everything together.

What is your favorite classic with a twist? Can be anything, interior design related, food, drinks, architecture?
Vintage or antique objects in unexpected colors! Like these amethyst glass hurricane lamps from John Rosselli.
How did you find out about Dowel Furniture?
Through my furniture/ fabric rep in the DC area, Dianna Owen.
Which pieces did you choose for your projects and why did you choose those pieces for your clients?
Loma Coffee Table - 48W x 48D
This Washington, DC home was built in the 20's and later added onto by the previous owner. The previous owner was an architect and added the amazing mahogany windows that you see in the room. The windows overlook a lush garden and pool and the family envisioned spending most of their time in this space. It had to be kid friendly, beautiful and comfortable! We wanted to choose a coffee table that could not only add personality to the space but also anchor the two large sofas and leather chairs.
