How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be ready for us to schedule delivery in 6-10 weeks from order date or receipt of fabric.

What types of delivery service do you offer?

Our standard shipping includes home delivery to room of your choice and debris removal or by your request to your own warehouse.

Can you deliver on weekends and nights?

Yes, but there will be an upcharge depending on the time at night or weekend. Please reach out to us athelp@dowel.furniture and we will figure something out.

Do you ship internationally outside of the US?

We would love to get to this point some day but for now we do not ship internationally outside of the United States. We also do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please inspect your item as you receive it and if damaged, please return with delivery carrier and we will repair and replace the item as needed. 

Return Policy

Dowel Furniture has a 30 day return policy. What does that include?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your chair. We work extremely hard to make sure that you love your selection but if you are not, for whatever reason, we will take it back if a return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

We do not take returns for items using your own fabric. Returns must be in good condition and show no damage through use (i.e. stains, scratches, etc.).

We will refund you 100% in merchandise credit or money back, whichever you prefer. Return shipping is free if you request the return within 30 days of delivery.

How do I schedule a return?

Please email help@dowel.furniture with your order number and we will schedule a pickup that includes someone that will come to your home to repackage the item.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the item back in our warehouse
