Furniture Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be ready for us to schedule delivery in 10-12 weeks* (COVID-19 delayed) from order date or receipt of fabric.

All Other Items

All of our pieces are made to order at our factory in the Philippines. We land all items at our warehouse in LA and shipping is estimated from there. The shipping cost is estimated by the weight and size of an item. 

If you would like to schedule your own pickup from our warehouse, please contact us at help@dowel.furniture to get a pickup reference number.

If you need your item expedited, please contact us at help@dowel.furniture and if we have it in stock, we can expedite your order for you.

What types of delivery service do you offer?

We offer Warehouse Delivery and In Home delivery for orders from NY, NJ, CT, MA, and CA. 

Warehouse delivery will deliver dock to dock to your receiver. If your receiver does not have a dock, please let us know so that we can book with a truck that is able to deliver to your location. 

In Home Delivery is a $150 upcharge and includes home delivery to your client's room of your choice and debris removal. An additional upcharge of $350 will be added for bed deliveries and assembly.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please inspect your item as you receive it and if damaged, please return with delivery carrier and we will repair and replace the item as needed. 

Do you ship internationally outside of the US?

We would love to get to this point some day but for now we do not ship internationally outside of the United States. We also do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Return Policy

Dowel Furniture has a 10 day return policy. What does that include?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your item. We work extremely hard to make sure that you love your selection but if you are not, for whatever reason, we will take it back if a return is requested within 10 days of delivery.

We do not take returns for items using your own fabric. Returns must be in good condition and show no damage through use (i.e. stains, scratches, etc.).

We will refund you 100% in merchandise credit or money back, whichever you prefer. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

How do I schedule a return?
