Shopping with Dowel Furniture

How do I contact Dowel Furniture if I have questions or want to place an order?

You can contact us athelp@dowel.furniture. Please provide your contact info (e-mail or phone number is okay) along with your questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible whether by e-mail or phone! We love to chat with our customers.

Do you have a physical store where I can try out your chairs?

As we are trying to get you the best value for your chair, we do not have a showroom since we are trying to keep costs low so we can keep selling them to you at such a great value! We will keep you all posted if we decide to have a pop-up shop in the near future. Just be sure to sign up for our e-mail newsletter to be kept up to date on all Dowel related news!

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please send us an e-mail athelp@dowel.furniture within 48 hours.

What if one of my items is out of stock or gets delayed?

We will keep you in the loop from the time you make the order to the moment it arrives in your home. So, if there are any delays, you will be notified as soon as we find out!

Are the finish and fabric colors accurate?

We try to the best of our ability to reflect the most accurate colors of fabric and finish on our website as they would be seen in your home. We work diligently with our photographer to get the photos as close as possible to the real thing. If you are still unsure of whether or not the color will match your home or just that the color is as you imagine it to be, feel free to request for sample fabric swatches and finish cards.

Does your furniture require assembly?

Nope! Never! It comes out of the box and ta-da! Ready to go.
